dc999's commitment to responsible gaming
Stay safe while having fun — dc999 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support for you.
Our responsibility pledge
dc999 believes that online gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or problems. We want every player in Bangladesh to play with enjoyment and in full control. To that end, we offer a range of protection tools and resources to help you stay within the right limits.
The minimum age to access our platform is 21. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any form of betting or gaming on dc999. Complying with this rule is the responsibility of both dc999 and every player.
Responsible gaming is not just about thinking of winning — it means maintaining conscious control over your time, money, and mental wellbeing. dc999 is committed to helping you achieve that control.
Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
At dc999 you can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, so you cannot spend beyond your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Taking a break every now and then is a good idea. With the time-out feature you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. Your account reactivates automatically once the chosen period is over.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, apply for self-exclusion. Through this process your dc999 account will remain closed for an extended period and you will not receive any promotional messages.
Loss Limit Setting
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When the limit is reached your session ends automatically, helping you keep a clear head while playing.
24/7 Support Service
dc999's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day in both Bengali and English. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] — we are always ready to help.
Account Verification and Security
dc999 uses SSL encryption and ensures fair play to keep every player's information and funds secure. Play in a safe environment — every transaction is protected.
